How thick are the End Caps?
All our aluminium end caps are 6mm thick.

Custom Sized End Caps?
Before contacting us for a custom sized end cap, please browse our online shop for our range of available sizes. If you cannot find the size you need, we can create a custom end cap for you based on die drawings or diagrams of the aluminium extrusion you wish to cap.
Do the prices include GST?
All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST Inclusive.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Stocked items will be shipped the next day if we receive your order by 1pm. You will receive a email notification when your order has been dispatched.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Shipping times for packages sent from Perth, Western Australia can vary depending on the destination and the shipping method used. Here are some general estimates for shipping times within Australia:
- To other parts of Western Australia: 1-2 business days
- To the eastern states (New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania): 2-5 business days
- To the Northern Territory: 4-7 business days
It's important to note that these are just estimates, and actual shipping times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, and the volume of packages being handled by the carrier.

Our refund policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
How to order correct size End Cap
To order the correct size end cap from RouterIt, measure the external dimensions, wall thickness, and edge type of your aluminium extrusion using a vernier caliper. Use the measurements to choose an end cap with dimensions that match your extrusion. The end cap name includes the dimensions "A" and "B" for the external dimensions, "C" for the wall thickness, and "R" for the radius measurement of the edge (if applicable). For example, an end cap with the name 50x50x3 R6 would fit an extrusion with external dimensions of 50x50mm, a wall thickness of 3mm, and radius edges with a 6mm radius.
